AMSI CONSEILS was founded in 2020 on one conviction: digital creates value only when it respects brand identity.

For more than thirty years, Hamid Belgacem has built his career at the intersection of retail, technology, management and fashion. This experience has enabled him to develop a practical understanding of the key drivers of performance: product offering, operations, customer experience, organisational effectiveness and team performance. After several decades working closely with the realities of the field, he spent seven years in senior executive roles within women’s fashion. There, he developed a comprehensive view of brand management, bringing together collections, retail, e-commerce, marketing, information systems, leadership and profitability. Drawing on more than thirty years of experience, the AMSI CONSEILS project was conceived in 2020 and formally established in 2021 with the incorporation of the company. Today, the rapid rise of artificial intelligence is once again reshaping processes, professions and the way decisions are made. AMSI CONSEILS holds a clear conviction: AI should augment human thinking, never replace it — keeping control of AI means ensuring that judgement, responsibility and decision-making remain firmly in human hands. It is from this philosophy that AMSI CONSEILS was born and continues to evolve: a consultancy designed to support brands through strategic, digital and operational transformation, with an approach grounded in real-world realities, focused on sound decision-making and measurable results.
DISCUSS YOUR PRIORITIES →AMSI CONSEILS was not designed as a traditional digital agency built around a collection of separate services. The consultancy is founded on a different conviction: a company’s performance depends on its ability to connect strategy, operations, technology, brand image and data.
E-commerce, retail, CRM, acquisition, merchandising, content, organisation and information systems can no longer be managed independently from one another. Every decision has consequences across the wider ecosystem. It is precisely this cross-functional perspective that makes it possible to identify inconsistencies, sources of lost value and the levers capable of delivering genuinely measurable impact.
AMSI CONSEILS speaks both the language of senior decision-makers and that of operational teams. Within the same strategic discussion, the consultancy can address the profitability of a campaign, the experience delivered by an e-commerce website, the performance of a collection, the use of CRM data, team organisation or the relevance of introducing a new tool.
This dual culture — strategic and operational, technical and creative — enables AMSI CONSEILS to support brands without setting image against profitability, physical retail against e-commerce, or intuition against data. The objective is not to systematically add new tools or initiatives, but to determine what genuinely deserves to be retained, corrected, strengthened or discontinued.
The rapid rise of artificial intelligence is now transforming working methods, creative processes, data analysis and, more broadly, the way businesses approach transformation. These technologies can be powerful accelerators, provided that judgement, responsibility and vision are not surrendered to them.
AMSI CONSEILS therefore advocates a clear philosophy: use AI to augment human capabilities, never to replace human thinking. Automate when it creates value, accelerate when it improves efficiency, analyse more deeply when it supports better decision-making — while keeping judgement, control and accountability firmly in human hands.
This approach also forms the foundation of the solutions developed by AMSI CONSEILS: helping businesses become more autonomous, better informed and better able to understand the technologies they use. The objective is not to delegate decisions blindly to an automated system, but to provide organisations with tools powerful enough to improve their understanding of the business and enable more precise decision-making.
Technology should serve strategy. Data should inform decision-making. Artificial intelligence should augment human intelligence. This is the hierarchy AMSI CONSEILS seeks to preserve in every engagement.
